Our API offers developers a clean and powerful interface to manage print labels through multiple channels and via multi-carrier shipping routes. We help businesses succeed through shipping, by helping them to obtain rates, print labels, track packages, and facilitate returns, as well as electronically fill out and submit international paperwork. We have a couple of options to connect, our API or using the Endicia Emulator.

  • Account number issued by us, not Endicia.  

  • We emulate the API request and response for Endicia 

 

A few developer points to consider using this API: 

  • The following credentials can be used by the API to access the API account for testing and production We created an account for you: 

  • Username: [Client ID]_SC_API 

  • Password: [Random password]  

  • Simply replace the calling URL with our API URL and keep your existing Endicia endpoint request. The response model received should match what you have set up with no edits or configurations required. 

  • Setting the flag to production can be done by us or log into the SaaS application (app.shipcaddie.com) 

  • During the integration process, please contact us at help@shipcaddie.com for any technical questions.
